Trials entitle an accused to a jury of twelve people and are usually extended proceedings lasting several days and sometimes weeks. In order for a jury to convict a person all twelve jurors must be unanimous in their judgment or else a hung jury occurs and the proceedings revert to the status before trial.

Every successful criminal defense attorney's core skill is trial work, even though minorities of cases actually end up in trial to a jury.  Simply put, only when a prosecutor knows that their opponent, your attorney, has the skill, capacity and experience to win at trial, do you have the leverage necessary.

If your innocence is decided at trial, we come prepared with everything necessary to be successful -- a strong defense team of investigators and expert witnesses, thorough preparation, and cutting edge technology inside the courtroom to give your defense every advantage.
